NEXT TUESDAY Lights
Up The Langston Hughes Feilm Festival In Seattle
NEXT TUESDAY, Mike D's uplifting drama about a father who decides
to meet his son for the first time since his birth 13 years before
screened recently at the Langston Hughes Film Festival in Seattle,
Washisngton. The festival also showcased several other films that
have screened at Reelblack including THE RODNEES: WE MOD LIKE DAT
and FRONTERZ.

Screens In Denver

We're very pleased to announce that Reelblack's latest project,
a short documentary on Hidden Beach Recordings artist KINDRED
THE FAMILY SOUL has been accepted into the 7th
Annual Starz Denver Pan African Film Festival. Congrats also
to Philadelphians Aisha Simmons and Nadine Patterson who also
will premiere work at the festival, which runs from April 24-
April 30, 2006.

A Taste Of Lady Alma screened successfully at the CULTURES COLLIDE
Film Festival in Brooklyn February 23-26 2006.

Roxbury, MA August 17-21. Mike D. and fellow filmmaker Rel Dowdell
(Train Ride) were there to rep Philly and sell videos and T-shirts.
